SCHEDULE 5 S Transfer of constables, staff and property etc.

Constables serving in police forces S

6 S Any individual serving as a constable of a police force immediately before the appointed day (including anyone on temporary service from another police force) is, on the appointed day, to transfer to serve as a constable of the Police Service.
