Section 4 – Consequential revocation

46.In consequence of section 3, section 4 of the Act revokes the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (Permitted Disclosure of Information) Order 2009 (SSI 2009/4481). This Order contains a different approach to disclosure by the Commission (involving the seeking of consent) in a case of the type falling within section 194M(2) of the Act.
