101Deduction of titleS
This section has no associated Explanatory Notes
(1)Where a person applies to register a deed mentioned in subsection (2), the deed need not deduce title.
(2)The deed is one validly granted by the unregistered holder of—
(a)land, or
(b)a real right in land,
to which the deed relates.
