In section 15 of the National Parks (Scotland) Act 2000 (management agreements)—
a
in subsection (1), for “an interest” substitute “a right”,
b
for subsection (5) substitute—

A management agreement which affects a right in land which is—
a
a right registered in the Land Register of Scotland, may be registered in that register,
b
a right registrable (but not registered) in that register, may be recorded in the Register of Sasines.
c
subsection (10) is repealed.
