The Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 is amended as follows.

Section 4 is repealed.

In section 18A(8)(b) (personal pre-emption burdens and personal redemption burdens), for “15(3) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 (c.33)” substitute “
