22In section 13(8) of the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981 (transfer of tenancy), in the definition of “long lease”, for “section 28(1) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979” substitute “section 9(2) of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 5)”.
