In section 1(2)(b) (determination of boundaries and pertinents)—

repeal “an interest in”,

for “title sheet of that interest” substitute “
relevant title sheet
”
.

In paragraph 1(6) of schedule 3 (sale under section 22(3) or 23(1) of the Act), for paragraph (a) substitute—
a
where the flat or former flat has been registered in the Land Register of Scotland, the description refers to the number of the title sheet;
