SCHEDULE 4 S Transitional provisions

Existing title sheets S

2 S An existing title sheet which becomes, under paragraph 1, part of the title sheet record, may be amended by the Keeper so as—

(a) to conform with a requirement of, or imposed by virtue of, this Act, or

(b) to reflect something permitted by, or by virtue of, this Act.
