27 In paragraph 1 of schedule 4 (minor and consequential amendments)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1), after “section 6(2)” insert “or 9F(2)”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (2), for “or subscribed” substitute “, subscribed or authenticated”.
