5 References to the UK Act

In this Act, “the UK Act” means the Welfare Reform Act 2012.

6 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day after Royal Assent.

7 Short title

The short title of this Act is the Welfare Reform (Further Provision) (Scotland) Act 2012.
