15Service of notices etc.
(1)
Any notice to be given to a responsible person under this Part may be––
(a)
sent by post, by the recorded delivery service, to, or
(b)
given by personal service by a sheriff officer at,
the address specified in the property factor's application for entry in the register by virtue of section 3(2)(a).
(2)
A notice sent as mentioned in subsection (1)(a) is, unless the contrary is proved, to be treated as having been received on the next working day after the day on which it is sent.
