using reasonable force) for the purpose of carrying out an inspection under section 14B.</ins></p></content></subsection><subsection eId="section-14C-2"><num><ins ukl:ChangeId="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec-1777452473890" ukl:CommentaryRef="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec">entry to the premises has been or is likely to be refused and that notice of the intention to apply for a warrant under this section has been given to the occupier,</ins></p></content></level><level class="para2" eId="section-14C-2-b-ii"><num><ins ukl:ChangeId="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec-1777452473890" ukl:CommentaryRef="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec">(ii)</ins></num><content><p><ins ukl:ChangeId="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec-1777452473890" ukl:CommentaryRef="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec">a request for entry, or the giving of such notice, would defeat the object of the proposed entry,</ins></p></content></level><level class="para2" eId="section-14C-2-b-iii"><num><ins ukl:ChangeId="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec-1777452473890" ukl:CommentaryRef="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec">(iii)</ins></num><content><p><ins ukl:ChangeId="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec-1777452473890" ukl:CommentaryRef="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec">the premises are unoccupied, or</ins></p></content></level><level class="para2" eId="section-14C-2-b-iv"><num><ins ukl:ChangeId="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec-1777452473890" ukl:CommentaryRef="key-aebab51deac20cfea32c5a3935f908ec">the occupier is temporarily absent and it might defeat the object of the
