9 S In section 1030 of the Companies Act 2006 (when application to the court may be made), in subsection (6)(b)(ii), for the words “Damages (Scotland) Act 1976 (c.13)” there is substituted “ Damages (Scotland) Act 2011 (asp 7) ”.
