2 Application of the 1981 Act to game birds S

In section 27(1) of the 1981 Act (interpretation of Part I)—

(a) the definition of “game bird” is repealed,

(b) in the definition of “wild bird”, the words “or, except in sections 5 and 16, any game bird” are repealed.
