14Meaning of “monument” in the 1979 Act

In section 61 of the 1979 Act (interpretation)—

(a)

in subsection (7)—

(i)

the word “and” immediately following paragraph (b) is repealed,

(ii)

after paragraph (c) insert“and

(d)

any site (other than one falling within paragraph (b) or (c) above) comprising any thing, or group of things, that evidences previous human activity;”,

(b)

in subsection (8), paragraph (b) is repealed.
