28 Provisions that do not bind the Crown S

In section 73A(2) of the 1997 Act (application to the Crown)—

(a) after paragraph (e) insert—

“(ea) section 41E;

(eb) section 41H;”,

(b) after paragraph (g) insert—

“(ga) section 50A(2);”.
