65 Interpretation of Part 8 S

In this Part, “the Listed Buildings Act” means the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 (c.9). The following terms have the same meaning in this Part as they have in that Act—

• “building”

• “conservation area”

• “listed building”

• “listed building enforcement notice”
