In section 167 (interpretation of Part 6)—

(a)

in subsection (3)—

(i)

for “or the appellant or other person” substitute “ , the appellant or other person or the respondent ”,

(ii)

for “or, as the case may be, the appellant or other person” substitute “ , the appellant or other person or, as the case may be, the respondent ”,

(iii)

in paragraph (e), after “145(4)(a)” insert “ , (4A)(a) ”,
