38 Interpretation S

In this Act—

• “the 1988 Act” means the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 (c. 43);

• “the 2004 Act” means the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 (asp 8);

• “the 2006 Act” means the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 1).
