Parts 1 and 2 come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may appoint by order made by statutory instrument.

This Part comes into force at the beginning of the day following the day on which the Bill for this Act receives Royal Assent.

An order under subsection (1) may include transitional, transitory or saving provision.
