Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011, Section 80 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 August 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)This section applies where the Principal Reporter refers a matter to a pre-hearing panel under section 79(2) [F1or (5A)].
(2)The Principal Reporter must arrange a meeting of the pre-hearing panel for a date before the date fixed for the children's hearing.
(3)If it is not practicable for the Principal Reporter to comply with subsection (2), the children's hearing must determine the matter referred at the beginning of the children's hearing.
