59Offences

(1)

A person who intentionally obstructs—

(a)

a person acting under a child assessment order,

(b)

a person acting under a child protection order,

(c)

a person acting under an order under section 55, or

(d)

a constable acting under section 56(1),

commits an offence.

(2)

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
