14SCRA’s supplementary powers

SCRA may do anything that it considers appropriate for the purposes of or in connection with its functions.

SCRA may in particular—
a
acquire and dispose of land and other property,
b
enter into contracts,
c
carry out research relating to the functions conferred on it by virtue of this Act or any other enactment,
d
publish, or assist in the publication of, materials relating to those functions,
e
promote, or assist in the promotion of, publicity relating to those functions.
