Delegation of SCRA's functionsS
16(1)Any function of SCRA (whether conferred by virtue of this Act or any other enactment) may be carried out on its behalf by—S
(a)a member of SCRA,
(b)a committee of SCRA,
(c)a person employed by SCRA,
(d)any other person authorised (whether specially or generally) by it for the purpose.
(2)Nothing in sub-paragraph (1) prevents SCRA from carrying out any function delegated under that sub-paragraph.
