12(1)A person employed by SCRA who is of a description or class specified in regulations made by the Scottish Ministers may appeal to the Scottish Ministers against dismissal by SCRA.S
(2)SCRA is the respondent in an appeal under this paragraph.
(3)Regulations under sub-paragraph (1) may make provision about—
(a)the procedure for appeals under this paragraph,
(b)the effect of making such an appeal,
(c)the powers of the Scottish Ministers to dispose of such appeals (including powers to make directions about liability for expenses),
(d)the effect of the exercise of those powers.
