(1)A person who intentionally obstructs—
(a)a person acting under a child assessment order,
(b)a person acting under a child protection order,
(c)a person acting under an order under section 55, or
(d)a constable acting under section 56(1),
commits an offence.
(2)A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
