1 S In section 1(4) of the Dogs Act 1906 (dealing with a dog which has injured cattle or poultry or has chased sheep), for the words “section two of the Dogs Act, 1871,” there is substituted “ section 9 of the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2009 ”.
