78GReview of operation of duties imposed in accordance with sections 78B to 78D
(1)
The Scottish Ministers must prepare, and make publicly available, a report on the operation of the duties imposed on providers of care home services for adults in accordance with sections 78B(1), 78C(1) and 78D(1).
(2)
The duty under subsection (1) must be fulfilled within 2 years of this section coming into force.
