In section 15 (supply of goods and services to local authorities, etc.)—
(a)
after subsection (1), insert—
“(1A)
Paragraphs (b) to (e) of subsection (1) apply to HIS (in respect of the exercise of its health service functions only) as they apply to a Health Board.”,
(b)
in subsection (2), after “subsection (1)”, insert “
(including paragraph (b) as applied by subsection (1A))
