Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 7) S

24 S In schedule 3 to the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (devolved public bodies)—

(a) the entry relating to NHS Quality Improvement Scotland is repealed,

(b) at an appropriate place, in alphabetical order, insert— “ Healthcare Improvement Scotland ”.
