11 In Part 2 of schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (listed authorities)—

(a) paragraph 38 is repealed,

(b) after paragraph 52 insert—

“52A Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland.”.
