4In the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, in schedule 2 (specified authorities)—
(a)after the entry relating to the Bòrd na Gàidhlig insert—
“Creative Scotland”,
(b)the entries relating to—
(i)the Scottish Arts Council, and
(ii)Scottish Screen,
are repealed.
