Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 4)

4 In the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, in schedule 2 (specified authorities)—

(a) after the entry relating to the Bòrd na Gàidhlig insert—

• “Creative Scotland”,

(b) the entries relating to—

(i) the Scottish Arts Council, and

(ii) Scottish Screen,

are repealed.
