The Scottish Ministers may not propose to make provision under section 14 or 17(1) which relates to any of the persons, bodies or office-holders listed in schedule 6 unless requested to do so in writing by the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.

The Scottish Ministers may not lay a draft order containing such provision before the Scottish Parliament in accordance with section 25(2)(b)(i) unless the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body consents.
