Part 3 General

16 Definitions

In this Act—

• “the 1894 Act” means the Heritable Securities (Scotland) Act 1894 (c. 44),

• “the 1970 Act” means the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 (c. 35),

• “the 1985 Act” means the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (c. 66).
