1 In the Coast Protection Act 1949—

(a) Part II is repealed,

(b) in section 49, subsection (2A) is repealed.

Merchant Shipping Act 1988 (c.12)

2 Section 36 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1988 is repealed.

Energy Act 2004 (c.20)

3 In section 99 of the Energy Act 2004, subsections (4) and (5) are repealed.
