There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Tobacco and Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2010, Section 21.
(1)On the basis of information contained in the Register, the Scottish Ministers must make available for public inspection a list of premises[F1, specifying for each of those premises whether there is carried on, or there is proposed to be carried on—
(a)a tobacco business,
(b)a nicotine vapour product business, or
(c)both a tobacco business and a nicotine vapour product business].
(2)The list must be made available free of charge at all reasonable times.
