21Public inspection of RegisterS

(1)On the basis of information contained in the Register, the Scottish Ministers must make available for public inspection a list of premises[, specifying for each of those premises whether there is carried on, or there is proposed to be carried on—
(a)a tobacco business,
(b)a nicotine vapour product business, or
(c)both a tobacco business and a nicotine vapour product business].
(2)The list must be made available free of charge at all reasonable times.
