151Scheme of assistance: demolition works
Section 71 of the 2006 Act is amended as follows—
(a)in subsection (1)(b), after “work” insert “(including demolition work)”,
(b)in subsection (2), after paragraph (d) insert—
“(da)demolishing a house,”.
