151Scheme of assistance: demolition works
Section 71 of the 2006 Act is amended as follows—
(a)
in subsection (1)(b), after “work” insert “(including demolition work)”,
(b)
in subsection (2), after paragraph (d) insert—
“(da)
demolishing a house,”.
