46Guidance on functions

In exercising its functions under this Part, an approved regulator must have regard to any guidance issued (to approved regulators generally) by the Scottish Ministers for the purposes of or in connection with this Part.

Before issuing such guidance, the Scottish Ministers must consult—
a
every approved regulator,
b
such other person or body as they consider appropriate.

The Scottish Ministers must publish any such guidance as issued (or re-issued).
