In the Serious Crime Act 2007 (c.27), the following provisions are repealed—
a
in section 68 (disclosure of information to prevent fraud), subsections (5) and (6),
b
in section 69 (offence for certain further disclosures of information), subsection (3), and
c
in section 71 (code of practice for disclosure of information to prevent fraud)—
i
subsection (4), and
ii
in subsection (6), the definition of “relevant public authority”.
