72 Time limits for lodging certain appeals S

(1) The 1995 Act is amended as follows.

(2) In section 74 (appeals in connection with preliminary diets), in subsection (2)(b), for “2” substitute “ seven ”.

(3) In section 174 (appeals relating to preliminary pleas), in subsection (1), for “two” substitute “ seven ”.
