In section 307(1) of the 1995 Act (interpretation), after the definition of “order for lifelong restriction”, insert—

• ““organisation” means—

  1. (a)

     a body corporate;

  2. (b)

     an unincorporated association;

  3. (c)

     a partnership;

  4. (d)

     a body of trustees;

  5. (e)

     a government department;

  6. (f)

     a part of the Scottish Administration;

  7. (g)

     any other entity which is not an individual;”.
