186Premises licence applications: food hygiene certificates

Section 50 of the 2005 Act (certificates as to planning, building standards and food hygiene) is amended as follows.

In subsection (7), for the words from “the requirements” to the end substitute “such requirements as the Scottish Ministers may, by order, specify.”.

After subsection (7), insert—
7A
An order under subsection (7) may specify requirements by reference to provision contained in another enactment.

In subsection (8)(c), for “the 1990 Act” substitute “section 5 of the Food Safety Act 1990 (c.16)”.
