PART 7 S MENTAL DISORDER AND UNFITNESS FOR TRIAL

171 Abolition of common law rules S

Any rule of law providing for—

(a) the special defence of insanity,

(b) the plea of diminished responsibility, or

(c) insanity in bar of trial,

ceases to have effect.
