In section 77 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c.15) (financial reporting orders: making in Scotland), after subsection (4) insert—
“(4A)A financial reporting order may be made—
(a)on the prosecutor's motion, or
(b)at the court's own instance.”.
