111Assistance for victim supportS

(1)The Scottish Ministers may make grants for the purposes of or in connection with the provision of assistance to victims, witnesses or other persons affected by an offence.
(2)Grants under subsection (1) may be made—
(a)to such bodies, and
(b)subject to such conditions,
as the Scottish Ministers consider appropriate.
