84 S In section 32 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (relevant offences etc.), in subsection (3)(b)(i), for “on the ground of insanity” substitute “ by reason of the special defence set out in section 51A of the 1995 Act ”.
