The 1982 Act is amended as follows.

In section 52 (indecent photographs etc. of children), subsection (7) is repealed.

In section 64 (appeals against orders in relation to public processions), in subsection (6), for “paragraph (a)(ii)” substitute “ paragraph (a)(i) ”.
