(2)In subsection (1), after “under—” insert—

(3)In subsection (2), after “section” insert “42A(4), 42A(7),”.
(4)In subsection (3), after “section” insert “42A(4) or”.
(5)In subsection (4), after “section” insert “42A(4) or, as the case may be,”.
